And just because people are freaking out over the casting of people of color in…roles that were people of color in the book…doesn’t mean we should forget this casting decision. Yes, thank all the gods and everything holy that they didn’t whitewash Rue and Cinna (despite the fact that so many fans think they should have and did so in their own headcannon) but they still decided that this, the main character, should be a white woman. That matters too.
